We here at Oasis take dog safety as well as the safety of our other customers and employees very seriously. Be honest when asked questions about your pet during the appointment making process as well as at check-in. Any dog that demonstrates any form of aggression, becomes overly stressed while being groomed, or who is severely matted is NOT ALLOWED here at Oasis Dog Spa. Dogs with major health issues like seizures are also NOT ALLOWED. If a dog is not cooperating to the groomer’s standards where he/ she feels the dog or the staff may be susceptible to an injury, that dog will be sent home. In no way are my groomers obligated to finish a dog that is misbehaving. The owner will pay for the services that have been done up until that point. There are no refunds.
Lateness and No Call/ No Shows
We have set appointment times for a reason. Clients are paying us to provide special services for their fur babies, and time slots are allotted for specific times. Customers who arrive 15 min late will now be subject to a $20 late fee. The Groomer then has the right to decided if he/she has time to do the dog (s) or if one should to be rescheduled. If they are to be rescheduled the $20 late fee will be paid then before setting up next appointment. If the dog (s) can be done, $20 will be added to the bill for their session.
There is ZERO TOLERANCE for No Call/ No Shows! Not calling and not showing up for an appointment slot that someone else could have had is beyond rude and disrespectful. Any potential customer who does this is not allowed to make any future appointments here at Oasis.
Pick Up Times
Every customer at Check-in is given an approximate time when his or her pups will be finished. When your dog’s grooming session is done, you will be called. You have up until 2 hours to pick up your dog. Afterwards, there will be a $25 fee per dog. We need cage space to accommodate our other four-legged clients. Thank you :)
